Palmetto Place is adjacent to SAKS at Placencia and guests are entitled to all services and amenities (including the beach and swimming pool) offered at SAKS at Placencia .

All rates are subject to a 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge.

Rates do not include meals or housekeeping service. Fresh towels and linens are provided on a weekly basis and also available at any time at the resort.

VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted. All rates are in $ US dollars. Long term rentals are also available.

Special holiday rates apply over the Christmas holidays - ask.

A one day deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation will not be confirmed until this deposit is received. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival. If written cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be made. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days in advance. If space is resold, a partial refund may be applied to a future reservation within one year.
