Palmetto Place is directly across the road from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride from town. Bicycles are available at no cost to our guests.

All rates are subject to a 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge.

Rates do not include meals or housekeeping service. Fresh towels and linens are provided on a weekly basis. There are good stores and many good restaurants close by, in town.

All rates are in $ US dollars. Long term rentals are also available.

Special holiday rates apply over the Christmas and Easter holidays - just ask.

Lower Flat	$ 550.00/Week	$ 500.00/Week

50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation will not be confirmed until this deposit is received. Remainder of payment is required 45 days prior to scheduled date of arrival. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival. If written cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be made. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days in advance.
