Upstairs at Palmetto Place opens onto an expansive, screened porch through three large, bifold doors. You can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the peninsula & lagoon from anywhere in the guesthouse.


Each room has ceiling fans and Florida windows for ample airflow for cooling.
Air conditioning is available in the bedroom.

The greatroom is divided into living, dining, and kitchen areas. An entertainment cabinet located in the northwest corner of the living area includes TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. DSL is availble for guest use, too.

The kitchen has a full complement of cookware, cooking utensil, dishes, and flatware. The dining room comfortably seats four people (additional place settings and chairs are available if needed).
Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and gas range.

Bedroom
 

The air conditioned bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and full closet. A porch sitting area can be accessed through full glass French doors.

Additional sleeping space includes two twin beds located in the loft on the west side of the house.

The bathroom is spacious. It has a shower/bath and a linen/storage closet.  Laundry service is available on the premises.
